NEW ORLEANS - A study proved that Yoga has been proven to lower high blood pressure and cholesterol levels. It also conducted regularly Yoga can reduce heart attacks.

During the first three months, patients are allowed to participate in physical activities they like. For the remaining three months, they undergo a program that involves yoga breathing exercises, yoga postures, meditation and relaxation.

Forty-five minute sessions of yoga with certified professionals held three times each week, and patients are encouraged to practice yoga every day session at home. On average, volunteers who follow this Yoga can memenimalisir irregular heartbeat in half, while also significantly reduced depression and anxiety scores and increased scores in physical functioning, general health, vitality, social functioning and mental health.
